Suresh Kumar Paladugu founded Blunova and The Group of Companies in 2009, starting with operating companies and building the group across the United States (Delaware and New Jersey) and India (Hyderabad and Mumbai). An entrepreneur, investor, and product architect, he leads the group’s strategy, capital structure, and governance across Capital, Systems, Platform, and its Operating Companies.

Across more than 25 years in technology leadership, he has served as Global CTO, Enterprise Architect, Senior Product Architect, and Senior Technical Consultant, building globally distributed teams across the USA, Europe, India, and Brazil and advising clients in banking, insurance, payments, wagering, and telecommunications.

He is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of a fintech venture focused on interoperable cross-border payments, retail CBDC models, and high-throughput blockchain networks. Guided by his motto, “It’s all about people, passion, and persistence,” he pairs disciplined capital with codified operating systems to build enduring enterprises.

Dr. Ganguli brings a distinguished career in financial advisory and investment banking, spanning a little over two and a half decades at the highest levels of global finance. His professional journey includes extensive experience across Wall Street and major international financial markets, where he has worked on and advised complex, high-value transactions across Europe and beyond.

A Chartered Accountant by training, a US CPA and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Dr. Ganguli has served as an Independent Director on the boards of several public companies worldwide, contributing strategic oversight, governance expertise, and long-term value creation.

Beyond finance, he is a prolific author, a committed educationist, and a respected investor, with deep expertise in private equity and strategic capital deployment. His ability to bridge rigorous financial discipline with thought leadership and education makes him a voice of exceptional relevance in today’s evolving global economy.
