Engage – Build with us form: first and last name, email address, phone number and country code, a profile link (for example LinkedIn, GitHub or a portfolio) and your note.
Partner With Us sign-up: your email address.
Email: anything you choose to include when you write to us directly.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page and date/time). To protect our forms from abuse, we keep a short-lived record derived from your IP address for up to one hour.

Cookies. The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
To assess potential capital, industry or builder partnerships you ask us to consider.
To send you the communications you signed up for. You can opt out at any time.
To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We operate in the United States and India, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data protection law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing relationship.
Partner With Us sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
Server logs: in line with our hosting provider’s retention, typically no more than 90 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the Site’s forms.

The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
